Thank You for ordering with The Encore Hair Collection by Corey!

In order to place an order your billing address and shipping address must be the same.

Signature delivery confirmation is required for ALL orders.

How long is processing, shipping, and handling?
Our standard processing time for all orders is 2 to 4 business days. Orders will be delivered in 3 to 5 business days (depending on your location). This excludes the 2 to 4 business days for processing.

When will I receive my tracking number?
You will receive a shipment confirmation email and tracking number within 24-48 hours of your order being processed.

Can I make changes to my order?
To insure a quick delivery all orders are processed daily, So orders cannot to be altered or changed once your payment is complete.

May I return my order?
Due to the nature of our product, and federal health regulations, all of our hair extensions are final sale. We do not offer refunds on any hair extension purchases. For exchanges, please contact corey@encorebycorey.com.
